Posters must be prepared in A0 format (841 × 1189 mm).
The poster session will take place on Monday, 31 August, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. During this time, the presenting author is expected to stand by their poster to present their work and answer questions from attendees.
Authors are responsible for mounting their own posters. Upon arrival, you will be informed of your assigned poster board, and all necessary mounting materials will be provided on site.
Please ensure that your poster is mounted no later than 3:00 PM on the day of the poster session.
